Position : Design Engineer Objective : To develop designs, creating prototypes, and ensuring that designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. This role requires a solid background in engineering principles, design software proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced workplace.

Qualification : B.E / Diploma Mechanical Competencies Knowledge of Fabrication design work, Sheet metal & Structured Design work, Drafting

Required knowledge of paint shop industry

Experience with 2D & 3D drafting and modeling

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Technical Skills & Knowledge : Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks – 2D 3D, Autodesk) Relevant Work Experience : Should have minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a design engineer or related field.

Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed technical drawings and designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

Design and develop current products, components, and parts of the system and drafting of painting and coatings systems as paint booth, Powder coating booth, shot blasting rooms, /Industrial ovens, and heavy structures.





Supporting to design team and actively participating for project completions within time limits.

Design of GA layout, Part modeling, and assembly.

Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.

Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.

Planning and executing mechanical designs using Auto CAD, Solid work, software programs.

Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.

Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.

Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.

Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Liaising with clients, designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure coherence.

Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.

Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
