Job Description / Responsibilities

Leading a result oriented team and responsible for Branch
Profitability.
Ensuring high quality service and Customer relationship management
of High Net worth clients.
Ensuring achievement of overall branch targets and generating
business through cross selling.
Ensuring all components of Branch sales model and function as per
design.
Ensuring increase in CASA base through better service and acquiring
recent customer base with High Net worth.
Regular review of Branch performance with Branch Staff
Managing entire operations of the Branch and ensuring compliance
of Standard operating procedures for enhancing customer service
experience and delivering customer delight.
Complaint handling.
Ensuring compliance with Banking Rules, regulations and
procedures.
Audit Compliance.
Sourcing, processing and forwarding Retail and Wholesale Loan
proposals to Regional office for sanction.
Monitoring Disbursement procedure after thorough compliance of
all the terms and conditions of Sanction.

Overall Branch supervision
Work experience (Min. Max.)





Minimum 5 to 7 years

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS:
Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or
similar role
Sufficient knowledge of up-to-date management techniques and best
practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
Functional Area Branch Business Development and Branch Operations
