Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP services like Firebase and RTDB
Support infrastructure changes under guidance from senior engineers
Monitor and troubleshoot microservices architecture, participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards
Support network configuration tasks including VPC setup, security groups, and connectivity troubleshooting
Set up and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools such as New Relic or Datadog
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, debug build and deployment issues, optimize pipelines
Write scripts and automation tools to reduce manual effort
Contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives using Terraform or CloudFormation
Perform routine database maintenance, backups, and optimizations under guidance
Document technical processes, runbooks, and infrastructure configurations Skills We Are Looking For:
Solid understanding of AWS cloud platform services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) with basic GCP exposure
Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration
Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Datadog, ELK stack, or New Relic
Basic networking knowledge: VPC, subnets, security groups, load balancers
Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or JavaScript) for scripting and automation
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Understanding of CI/CD principles and version control using Git
Awareness of cloud security best practices
