Key responsibilities
Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption).
Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application:



access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance).
Deliver rollout playbooks: pilot - phased deployment - training and hypercare, with measurable productivity / cycle-time improvements.

Deep hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor
Oracle security/roles and workflow states configuration and feature enablement
Integration basics (APIs, events, OIC where applicable) and testing mindset
