E-commerce Operations Executive

About the role

We're a manufacturer-backed multi-brand fashion company selling across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. We need someone who owns operational execution end-to-end and makes sure nothing leaks between our warehouse, our channel partners, and our account agency. This is a reliability and accountability role — if you're detail-obsessed and you chase a problem until money is actually recovered, not just "ticket raised," read on.

What you'll own
Inventory accuracy and sync across all marketplaces and inventory-based quick-commerce platforms
Order processing, dispatch SLA adherence, and coordination with the warehouse/dispatch team
Returns and RTO handling — and closing the loop on "return not received" and "wrong product received" cases until reimbursement is confirmed
Marketplace claims and reimbursement recovery — filing, escalating, and tracking to closure
Acting as the internal owner over our external account agency:



auditing listing health, account health scores, and verifying that claims and issues are actually resolved
End-to-end operations for our quick-commerce platforms (stock feeds, PO confirmations, dashboard management)
Weekly reporting on dispatch %, claim recovery, account health, and error/cancellation rates

What we're looking for
2–4 years in e-commerce operations (marketplace and/or quick-commerce)
Hands-on with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO panels
Solid with claims/reimbursement processes — you've recovered money, not just logged tickets
Spine to hold an external agency accountable and push back when needed
Spreadsheet-fluent; comfortable reconciling numbers
Fashion/apparel background a plus

KPIs you'll be measured on: on-time dispatch %, claim recovery rate, listing live-rate, inventory sync accuracy, monthly unrecovered-loss reduction.
