About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with good understanding of AI to drive, to oversee and to coordinate projects that involve the development and implementation of AI technologies for the Springer Nature Books Group

This role requires a blend of traditional project management skills and a good understanding of AI principles and prompt engineering techniques, since the role requires to investigate topics like content generation for books, new AI-based product types and services

Still the main focus is on Project Management Project Planning and

Role Responsibilities
Execution, Stakeholder Management, Cross-departmental Communication and Collaboration
On top, AI experience would be very beneficial since the PM would collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design, test, and refine AI prompts

Qualifications
Proven experience in Project Managing digital, AI, or interactive technology projects




Solid project management skills (Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with a focus on sustainable and user-centric innovation
