Responsible for Lab controls, bath analysis, maintaining all process parameters.
To Monitor and control the Consumption of Consumables and chemicals.
To monitor line rejections and its control and Corrective actions.
Carry out Nickel Plating Chemical Baths and machine/filters maintenance, etc.
Nickel plating Trouble Shootings and defects controls
Cutting-edge and analytical Zero-defect approach
Make SOPs / Operating Instructions as per systems /process requirements.
Continual improvements through kaizen, Why-Why analysis & problem-solving methods.
To maintaining and improving the co-ordination and moral of team.
On-job Trainings, Handling manpower training for the operators.
Documentation of Quality Systems viz ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.
Process of MEE/ATFD and MVRE sound exposure

In-hand exposure of Auto Barrel Nickel Plating plant of large capacity.
