About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Electronics Hardware Testing Engineer / Technician to join our R&D; team. The selected candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and validating electronic hardware and PCBs to ensure product quality and reliability. Freshers with a solid foundation in electronics are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional testing and validation of PCBs and electronic hardware.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues using electronic testing equipment.
Operate Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, and other test instruments.
Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
Perform soldering, desoldering, and basic hardware rework when required.
Record test observations and maintain testing documentation.




Identify hardware defects and assist in resolving technical issues.
Work closely with the R&D; and Production teams during product testing and validation.
Ensure testing is carried out according to quality standards and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, or E&TC.;
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Knowledge of PCB testing and electronic hardware validation.
Hands-on experience with Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
Basic soldering and desoldering skills.
Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and schematics.
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced R&D; environment.
