Role & responsibilities
Planning and implementing engineering projects and capital improvements to ensure that the companies facilities are functional and secure for employees
Developing productivity improvement plans and implementing them throughout the Factory.
Responsible for implementing six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kizen, Poka Yoke etc concepts in process and execute the same for improvement.
Coordinating with other managers to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently in all production line.
Ensuring that workplace safety standards are met by inspecting equipment, machinery, and facilities on a regular basis
Conducting analysis to determine how technology can improve processes or save time and money.
Maintaining communication with suppliers and customers to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.




Coordinating with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met, equipment is repaired when necessary, materials are available when needed, and labour costs are monitored on regular time intervals.
Responsible to drive various QI, PI nas CI projects and execution of the same with relevant stakeholders.
Providing guidance to subordinates to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and perform their jobs effectively
