Job Title: DG Service Engineer Company: Network Diesel Sales and Service Pvt. Ltd. (NDSS) Location: Chennai / Puducherry Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 2–5 years of experience in Diesel Generator (DG) service and maintenance Key Responsibilities: Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of DG sets.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults in DG sets.
Attend customer breakdown calls and provide timely support.
Prepare service reports and update job status.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Skills Required: Knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, AMF panels, and control panels.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
