Job Summary The Engineer - Mechanical will support project teams in developing concept, schematic, and detailed designs, as well as tender documentation for non-complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and UAE authorities’ guidelines

Positive experience in calculating and selecting HVAC systems.

Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platform.

Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort.

Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.

To provide planning, support & develop of concept, schematic & detailed designing of HVAC systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential & high-rise projects with the team assigned.





To provide space planning, support, design of HVAC systems with the team assigned.

Valuable experience in HVAC systems including district cooling systems, VRV, heat recovery ventilation, and commercial kitchen and basement ventilation system etc.

Required Skills And Qualifications Required To Execute This Role Minimum of 2+ Years of experience with HVAC Design.

Experience on Gulf Design projects is preferred.

Qualification – B. E / B. TECH (Mechanical)

Understanding of international engineering standards and codes Knowledge of mechanical engineering-related rules and regulations in the Middle East
