We are currently looking to hire a Senior Academic Counsellor to manage our admissions and counselling process.

Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Student Advising: Conduct individual/group sessions on academic planning, curriculum requirements, and career opportunities.
Academic Monitoring: Track student performance, identify at-risk individuals, and develop academic improvement plans.
Admissions & Guidance: Assist with university applications, course selection, and orientation for new students.
Support & Resources: Provide study skill workshops, time management training, and counseling on educational barriers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date academic records and database information.
Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and parents to support holistic student devel




Handle student and parent enquiries regarding courses
Provide counselling and convert leads into admissions
Maintain and manage leads through CRM
Regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
Support the overall admissions process and achieve monthly targets

Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Education / EdTech sales
Experience as an Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Experience handling CRM and lead management
Strong communication and counselling skills

Salary Range

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
