About the Role
IMS Learning Resources is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Education Advisors to guide students in choosing the right career path and IMS programs. The role involves counselling prospective students, managing enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on UG/PG entrance preparation programs.
Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable IMS courses.
Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with academic and centre teams for seamless onboarding.
Deliver an exceptional counselling experience while building long-term relationships.
Eligibility
Postgraduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Relationship roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
