Job Objective To support and enhance module manufacturing processes by driving process improvements, optimising production parameters, improving yield and quality, and contributing to successful new product qualifications through solid engineering and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

KPIs

1)
Analyse existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
Implement improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other optimisation activities.
Ensure secure and efficient operation of module manufacturing lines.

2)
Monitor key process parameters and ensure strict adherence to control plans.
Conduct DOEs, trials, and validations to optimise process conditions.




Evaluate recent materials and process changes through structured experimentation.

3)
Perform root‑cause analysis on yield loss and quality issues.
Track improvement metrics and ensure sustainable defect reduction.
Support initiatives aimed at reducing scrap, rework, and variability.

4)
Prepare engineering reports, validation documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
Collaborate with R&D;/NPD teams for new product trials and process readiness.
Support production ramp‑up and ensure smooth transition to mass manufacturing.

SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial / Production).

Experience

4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
