The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of branding, B2B marketing, lead generation, personal branding, and social media trends. You will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and our marketing agency to create impactful campaigns and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.

Build the personal brand of company leadership.

Drive B2B marketing initiatives and generate quality leads.

Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms.

Stay updated with social media algorithms and industry trends.

Coordinate with external marketing agencies for campaign execution.





Build strategic partnerships to improve brand visibility.

Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing with business goals.

Track campaign performance and identify prospects for improvement.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or B2B Marketing.

Robust knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
