Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services professionally. Generate and qualify customer leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up with customers as required. Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and appointments. Achieve daily call and productivity targets. Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism
