Mandatory: Experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant Preferred: Commissioning and DCS/PLC-based Process Plant experience Key Responsibilities: Handle Instrumentation O&M; activities of Phosphoric Acid / Fertilizer Process Plant. Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems.

Maintain

Transmitters, Control Valves, Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature Instruments, Analyzers, PLC, DCS & SCADA systems. Execute shutdown maintenance, calibration, loop checking and commissioning activities. Ensure instrument reliability, minimize breakdowns and improve plant availability. Lead instrumentation team and ensure compliance with HSE practices (PTW, LOTO, JSA & 5S). Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.





Required Skills: Hands-on experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant Instrumentation Maintenance is mandatory. Solid knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA and field instrumentation.

Experience in calibration, loop checking and instrument troubleshooting. Exposure to plant commissioning and process control systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdown planning & spare management. Team handling and leadership skills. Safety-focused approach with knowledge of PTW, LOTO & JSA. SAP PM knowledge preferred.
