About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive/Intern to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital retail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for product images and content.
Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across online channels.
Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales performance and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities.
Perform other e-commerce and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–2 year of experience in e-commerce (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in the Garment Manufacturing or Fashion/Apparel Industry will be given preference.
Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
