Key Responsibilities

Study customer enquiries and understand technical requirements.

Perform engineering calculations for fan selection and design.

Prepare technical data sheets, techno-commercial quotations, price schedules, and related documentation.

Prepare and submit all technical and commercial documents required by customers and internal departments.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

Coordinate with the design, production, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely responses.

Assist the sales team in product selection, application engineering, and customer presentations.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.

Follow up on quotations and provide technical clarifications to customers.

Maintain records of enquiries,



quotations, and customer communications.

Required Skills

Robust technical knowledge of industrial fans, HVAC systems, or rotating equipment (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

15 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Sales Support (preferred).
