Job Opening: Estimation Executive – Interior Company

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Estimation Executive to join our interior design and fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and project quotations for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and quotations for interior fit-out projects.
Review architectural and interior drawings to determine material, labor, and project costs.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to obtain accurate pricing.
Source quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Assist in preparing tender documents and project proposals.
Maintain updated records of material costs and supplier quotations.
Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.




Support project cost monitoring and cost control activities.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation for interior design, fit-out, furniture, or construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and estimation techniques.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
