Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete HR Operations and HR Administration activities.
Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process.
Oversee Payroll Management, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure statutory compliances as per Gujarat Labour Laws and company policies.
Handle HR Legal matters, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and compliance documentation.
Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, CLRA, Factory Act and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and labour-related documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

Required Skills:




Solid knowledge of Gujarat Labour Laws & HR Compliance.
Experience in Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
Positive leadership and team handling capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Infrastructure, Port, Warehouse, or Industrial sectors preferred.
Solid exposure to handling large workforce and compliance management.

Qualification:
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
