Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business. You will oversee our e-commerce operations, optimize the customer shopping experience, manage online storefronts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce website (Shopify or similar).
Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and online merchandising.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Work with the Marketing team to support digital campaigns and improve online sales.
Manage marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.), where applicable.
Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor website performance, customer experience,



and key e-commerce metrics.
Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements to drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the online shopping experience.

What We Expect
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, D2C, or retail.
Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Experience managing product catalogues, inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales metrics.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
High ownership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
