Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and other channels.
Convert leads into sales opportunities.
Provide service information and guide customers through the sales process.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer requests.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Ensure all communication is skilled and aligned with company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
