Role and Responsibilities
Lead content strategy across social, digital, and platform-first formats
Translate client briefs into transparent, compelling content ideas and narratives
Pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and external stakeholders
Secure pitches and drive them from concept to execution
Build and scale cutting-edge, content-led and social-first IPs from scratch
Develop long-term content frameworks, not just one-off posts
Work closely with design, video, and production teams to ensure quality output
Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and cultural relevance across platforms
Track performance and optimize content based on insights and trends
