Role Overview

FoxClub is looking for passionate and nurturing Junior Early Childcare Facilitators to join our team. This is an entry-level permanent position ideal for candidates who love working with young children and want to build a career in early childhood education. You will work closely with senior facilitators to create a safe, engaging, and development-focused environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing daily classroom activities
Support children during circle time, free play, outdoor exploration, and creative activities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
Monitor children's wellbeing and communicate with senior facilitators
Assist with meal times, nap routines, and hygiene practices
Engage children through stories, songs, art, and sensory activities
Participate in parent communication and update sharing
Attend training sessions and career development programs

Skills Required




Genuine love for children and early education
Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi
Patience, warmth, and ability to connect with young children
Willingness to learn play-based and Finnish-inspired teaching methods
Basic knowledge of child development is a plus
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
