Role Description This is a full time, on-site Event Coordinator and Media Manager role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, including client meetings, recruitment drives, seminars, and internal engagements.

The Event

Coordinator and Media Manager will manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-the-day operations to ensure smooth execution. The position also includes overseeing media activities such as social media updates, event promotion, basic content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across communication channels. The person in this role will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients,



and partners to deliver high-quality experiences and support the firm’s brand and business objectives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Event Planning and Event Management skills to design, coordinate, and execute corporate events.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support event-related business development, sponsorships, and client engagement opportunities.
Candidates should possess basic media and marketing skills, such as social media management, content coordination, and brand representation.
Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple events and tasks.
Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in event coordination, corporate events, or media management will be an advantage.
