About the Role

SPARA Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute premium social and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have solid client-handling skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to ensure flawless event execution while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute weddings, corporate events, social functions, and private celebrations.
Meet clients to understand event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
Coordinate with décor, catering, production, housekeeping, security, and other operational teams.
Prepare event timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
Manage vendors, negotiate quotations, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Conduct venue inspections and supervise event setup and dismantling.
Monitor event budgets and maintain cost control.
Handle guest concerns professionally and provide quick resolutions during events.




Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments for seamless execution.
Maintain event reports, feedback, and post-event documentation.
Ensure all events meet SPARA's quality and hospitality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or luxury venues.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours as per event schedules.
