Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work full time on-site in Bhopal, supporting the maintenance and optimization of electrical systems related to power generation boilers, air compressors, and agricultural pumps.

Responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical layouts, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring safe and effective operation of power distribution and control systems. The role involves performing inspections, testing equipment, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, and documenting findings and corrective actions.

Engineer will also assist in implementing upgrades, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical problems and support continuous improvement initiatives is a key part of the daily work.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity principles.

Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including the ability to interpret and create electrical schematics and layouts.

Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including analysis, operation, and maintenance of industrial power equipment.

Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including low- and medium-voltage systems and related protection devices.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Knowledge of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.

Experience with maintenance of industrial electrical equipment is beneficial.

Ability to work in office in industrial environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
