Manage overall facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor electricity, water, AC, and other utilities.
Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure and equipment.
Maintain AMC, repair, inventory, and maintenance records.
Ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor vendor work quality and verify service bills.
Ensure facility readiness for daily operations and events.
Identify repair requirements and cost-saving prospects.
Report major issues and maintenance requirements to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
