Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving event bookings and revenue while ensuring high-quality client experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales leads, conducting client meetings and venue walkthroughs, and preparing proposals and contracts for private and corporate events. The role involves collaborating with the event planning and operations teams to translate client needs into detailed event plans, coordinating timelines, and supporting in office delivery.

Manager will manage a sales pipeline, maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills for coordinating end-to-end event execution.

Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing event-related deals.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.

Candidates should possess experience managing Private Events, with the ability to customize offerings to diverse client needs.

Relevant experience in event sales, hospitality, or venue management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfort working in office during events, including evenings and weekends as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
