Key Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
Must have an existing database and strong network of fabrication industry clients.
Must have hands-on experience in Machining and Structural Sales.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in fabrication, machining, structural steel, engineering or heavy engineering industries.
Robust technical understanding of machining, fabrication, and structural components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers for machining, fabrication, and structural products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Visit factories, industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs and fabrication units to generate business.
Promote the company's machining, fabrication and structural manufacturing capabilities.




Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the production and estimation teams.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions and negotiations with clients.
Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into orders and ensure timely order closure.
Coordinate with production, planning and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify current business prospects.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports and maintain an updated customer database in the CRM or reporting system.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
