Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator / Programmer with robust experience using Heidenhain controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis CNC machining centers to produce high-precision components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers using Heidenhain controls.
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to determine machining processes and tolerances.
Handon experience on 2D Programming.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions.
Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, or machine performance.
Maintain machines, tooling, and work areas in a clean and secure condition.
Follow company safety procedures and quality management system requirements.
