Baker in Technical Services, F&B; India

Job Description As a baker, you are required to support baking trials, product development, and

evaluation of baked products. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge

of preparing different forms of baked goods, ranging from straightforward breads,

biscuits, cakes, and laminated products to artisanal bakery varieties.

The role involves developing recipes, following lab protocols, conducting baking

trials, evaluating finished products, and recording results accurately.

Tasks and

responsibilities
Conduct baking trials for various baked goods such as bread, biscuits, cakes,

laminated products, and artisanal bakery items.
Support development of recipes and protocols for multiple bakery

applications.
Evaluate baked products for sensory and physical attributes. Maintain

accurate records using tools such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.




Understand and follow documented lab protocols while conducting

experiments.
Independently perform assigned baking trials and tests under the

supervision of Research Associates/Assoc. ITS.
Organize and prioritize daily activities to ensure timely completion of trials

and delivery of results

Basic Qualifications • B.Voc or Diploma in Baking, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Pastry, or a
