Job Role The AO/MIS/VSAP – Electrical will be responsible for managing electrical operations, preparing MIS reports, monitoring electrical system performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting plant operations through SAP-based documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor electrical equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Manage SAP/VSAP entries related to electrical maintenance, materials, and work orders.
Analyze equipment downtime and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance, production, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain documentation of electrical assets, inspections, and maintenance records.
Support audits and statutory compliance activities.
Assist in planning manpower, shutdowns, and maintenance schedules.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Electrical Maintenance.
Experience in MIS reporting and documentation.
Hands-on experience with SAP/VSAP or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, motors, switchgear, and power distribution.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Robust communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile
B.Tech Electrical with 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience.
Experience in electrical maintenance and MIS reporting.

Positive troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
Ready to work at Lanjigarh, Odisha.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,327.78 per month
