Key Responsibilities
Handle collection calls in Malayalam with professionalism and empathy.
Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries effectively.
Track customer commitments and update call dispositions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet assigned collection, productivity, and quality targets.
Adhere to collection policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and account updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Native-level proficiency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Collections, Telecollections, or BPO Voice Process.




Hands-on experience with Dialer/CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Target-oriented with a robust sense of ownership, discipline, and adaptability.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
