Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Drive governance processes and ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to promote fairness and transparency.
Oversee performance management systems including goal-setting, appraisals, and reviews.




Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and motivation.
Manage HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR processes.
Mentor and lead the HR team to deliver productive and effective HR services.
