Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term historical failure databases and product performance records.
Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and reliability assessments for automotive products.
Analyze warranty data, field failures, and product performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Support AI-driven predictive analytics and data-driven engineering initiatives.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for management reviews.
Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Customer Support teams.
Support OEM product development activities and engineering change processes.
Investigate complex product failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Track and monitor reliability KPIs and product performance metrics.
Ensure data governance, traceability,



and engineering reporting compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Production, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
3+ years of experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, Product Performance, Warranty Analysis, or Quality Engineering.
Robust knowledge of FMEA, RCA, Statistical Data Analysis, and Product Validation.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and Database Management.
Understanding of automotive development lifecycle, OEM processes, and engine systems.
Experience in automotive OEM, Tier-1 supplier, powertrain, engine, or vehicle engineering workplace preferred.
