Responsible for updating data in Meridian & Preparation of Documents.




Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes and Customer SOPs.
On receipt of Job file from Operation, will have to update all the available fields in Meridian.
Prepare draft copy of HBL/FCR & Debit Note after custom clearance.
On receipt of BL approval, print the BL
Maintain all the documents in the Job file.
Enter Vendors debit note details in Meridian and handover to Accounts.
upload documents in Meridian.
Special instruction as per SOP needs to follow by each user.

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
2 years of demonstrated experience of Freight forwarding and Logistics operations
High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
