Key Responsibilities
Supervise rooftop solar installation and electrical & structure works.
Plan, Schedule and Implement projects within timeline.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Handle inverter commissioning, AC/DC wiring, earthing, and testing.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, customers, and KSEB whenever required.
Troubleshoot in office electrical issues and maintain installation standards.

Requirements
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in electrical works (solar preferred).
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and inverter commissioning.
Valuable leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Valid Four-wheeler licence and willingness to travel.

Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
