This is a full-time, in office role for a Executive Director, located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The ED will manage and optimize processes, and ensure smooth coordination among various teams. Core responsibilities include hiring and leading sales teams pan india, team management, strategic planning, budget control, customer service excellence, and tracking performance to achieve organizational goals. He will also focus on export markets and also lead participation in trade fairs.

Compensation upto 30 lacs per annum plus equity stake / retainership based on ethics. Qualifications

value driven individual fully conversant with up-to-date digital operations

Proficiency in Sales, marketing & Management particularly in Injection Moulding Machines or its auxiliaries

Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making

Expertise in Team Management, including leadership, mentorship, and fostering collaboration

Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure resource allocation and cost control

Solid Customer Relationship Management skills to maintain relationships and deliver client satisfaction

Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in optimizing organizational workflows Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in sales

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration, Management, or a related field
