Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff productivity, and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.

Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Ensure operational processes are followed as per company standards.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, and other departments for smooth execution.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor completion within timelines.

Resolve employee concerns and operational issues promptly.

Maintain quality standards and ensure customer/service excellence.

Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

Conduct regular team briefings and motivate employees to achieve targets.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.





Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Train and mentor new employees on operational procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Team Leader, Operations Executive, or a similar supervisory role.

Experience in managing teams and operational workflows is mandatory.

Preferred

Candidates Experience in BPO, Sales Operations, Service Operations, Manufacturing, or Warehouse Operations.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in MIS/reporting.

Ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.
