We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and support the front-of-house team during shifts.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for productive operations.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and SOP compliance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
Assist in achieving daily sales and service targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor in a restaurant, café, hotel, or fine-dining outlet.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.
Willingness to work adaptable and rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
