Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle including invoice processing, PO-GRN-Invoice matching, accounting, and payment execution.
Handle vendor onboarding, vendor queries, reconciliation, and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Ensure payment approvals, controls, audit documentation, and prevention of duplicate payments.
Manage AP ageing, vendor reconciliation, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance related to GST, TDS, RCM, and statutory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports including vendor outstanding, payment schedules, forecasts, and reconciliation reports.
Review employee reimbursement claims and ensure timely processing.
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
Ensure ERP transaction accuracy and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P operations, vendor management, and finance processes.
