Oversees dining room operations, supervises service staff, and ensures high-quality guest satisfaction.
Pre-Service Duties
Check station cleanliness, table settings, and side station stock.
Conduct team briefings to review daily reservations, VIPs, and menu specials.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth preparation.
During Service Operations
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
Supervise floor servers, manage section flow, and assist with food delivery.
Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Post-Service and Administrative Tasks
Supervise closing procedures, including billing, cleaning, and inventory checks.
Train recent service staff and monitor team performance.
Report sales summaries and shift notes to the F&B; manager
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
