Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking &
POS Management
Greet incoming guests promptly with a warm, energetic attitude.
Accurately input custom orders into the POS system.
Product Knowledge &
Upselling
Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, dietary/allergen info and preparation styles.
Make enthusiastic recommendations for sides, extra toppings, specialty sauces, drinks, and combo upgrades.
Customer Service &
Satisfaction
Deliver attentive, friendly service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Actively check in on seated guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal.
Handle customer feedback or order mix-ups calmly and professionally, offering swift solutions to ensure total satisfaction.
Operations &
Cleanliness
Keep the front counter, menu boards, and dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked with napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen/carving team to ensure rapid order handoffs and minimize customer wait times.
Assist with packaging takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
