Role & responsibilities
Generate Sales Orders (SO) in Tally and coordinate with the Production (PPIC) team.
Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (BL)
Air Way Bill (AWB)
Letter of Credit (LC)
Other export-related documents
Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade policies.
Handle Letter of Credit (LC), bank documentation, BRC, and export payment documentation.
Track international shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
Coordinate with domestic and overseas customers through email and other communication channels.
Obtain freight quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize shipping arrangements.
Plan container stuffing and coordinate empty container pickup.




Follow up with the factory regarding shipment readiness and dispatch schedules.
Maintain export records and prepare reports using ERP, Excel, and internal software.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
Good understanding of Letters of Credit (LC), BRC, and banking formalities.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Tally.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Robust coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
