Role
Lead the Corporate Innovation Acceleration Cell (IAC) to build a structured innovation engine.
Drive end-to-end innovation lifecycle from scouting to commercialization.
Act as central integration leader across RD, Pilot, Design, Manufacturing.
Reduce time-to-commercialization and improve decision-making velocity.
Establish global technology intelligence capability.
Drive transformational innovation and technology leadership.
Lead strategic innovation themes (flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing, green solvents, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Technology Scouting: Identify emerging technologies from internal and external sources.
Technology Evaluation: Benchmark and compare alternative technology options.
