Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and agile Finance Faculty member to deliver high-quality education and practical training in financial markets. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world application, preparing students for successful careers in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Internship Management
Mentor and guide interns throughout their internship period.
Assign practical tasks and monitor performance regularly.
Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback.
Facilitate skill development through real-world projects and case studies.
Market Knowledge & Industry Expertise
Maintain solid knowledge of Indian and global financial markets.
Track market trends, economic indicators, and financial news.
Explain market movements and their impact on investments.
Teach various financial products including equities, mutual funds, bonds, derivatives, PMS, and AIFs.
Communication & Engagement
Deliver financial concepts clearly and confidently.
Simplify complex topics using practical and real-life examples.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions, discussions, and presentations.
Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Plan and deliver structured classroom and practical sessions.
Design lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Incorporate case studies, simulations, and activities to enhance learning.
Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
Compliance & Certifications
Hold relevant NISM certifications (e.g., Investment Adviser Level 1 & 2, Research Analyst, Mutual Fund Distributor).
Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and industry standards.
Train and prepare students for NISM certification examinations.
Stay updated with regulatory and market developments through continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Relevant teaching or industry experience in financial markets.
NISM certifications (preferred or mandatory based on role requirement).
