Job Description: Technical Executive

Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)
Salary: Up to 30,000 in-hand per month
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain electrical systems, HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, lighting, and allied equipment.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Attend electrical emergencies and resolve technical issues with minimum downtime.
Support daily facility operations and coordinate with the site team for smooth functioning.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
13 years of experience in facility management, commercial
Positive knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
