About the Role

We We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting Australian business operations. This position offers excellent exposure to Australian finance and business operations , client interactions, strategic decision-making, and end-to-end business management.

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with top management , clients, and key stakeholders to manage financial performance, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting
Monitor company financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

Client Relationship Management




Act as a key point of contact for Australian clients regarding financial and business matters.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
Coordinate with clients on invoicing, collections, payroll matters, and financial reporting requirements.

Payroll & Compliance
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee employee entitlements, superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory obligations.
Ensure timely lodgement of financial and payroll-related compliance requirements.

Business & Strategic Involvement
Provide financial analysis to support pricing, and operational decisions.
Identify prospects for process improvements, cost savings, and increased profitability.
Participate in board, management, and client discussions related to business growth and performance.
